To maintain the academic quality and editorial independence of Revista Medicina (Buenos Aires), a minimum fee has been established for manuscript review. Unlike many journals supported by universities, scientific societies, or subscription revenue, our publication does not receive external subsidies. This contribution helps cover the increasing costs of editorial management and maintenance of the digital platform. The fee does not guarantee acceptance or condition the editorial process, which is governed by scientific and ethical criteria.

MEDICINA requires from the authors a payment for evaluation of USD 60 (sixty dollars) for Latin American authors and USD 150 (one hundred and fifty dollars) for authors from the rest of the world.

If the article is accepted, the publication cost is: USD 100 (one hundred dollars) per page published online.
